As an Area Credit Manager, your role involves handling and evaluating CAM Notes as well as financial models submitted by the Business Team. You will be responsible for preparing credit notes and financial models with accurate information sourced from various channels. Your expertise in structuring transactions in compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory frameworks is crucial. Additionally, you are expected to provide critical analysis of the business, promoters, industry, financials, and other specific risks associated with each transaction. Your ability to identify risks and provide recommendations for mitigation is essential. Your major deliverables include preparing detailed credit notes focusing on transaction structuring and assessment of sought credit facilities. Conducting in-depth financial analysis to understand movements in P&L and Balance Sheet is a key aspect of your role. Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, especially analyzing cash flows in large interconnected sheets, is required. Evaluating transaction, business, financial, and industry risks, and proposing suitable mitigation strategies are vital responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include being a Chartered Accountant or holding a post-graduate degree in Finance or Commerce.
