01Key Responsibilities
Lead area underwriting (home loans/LAP and othersecured retail products as applicable) within DOA.
Review CAMs, financials, banking surrogates, andcollateral; conduct field visits for high risk cases.
Ensure TAT adherence and reduce reworks throughcoaching and first time right checks.
Monitor early delinquency/quality of approvedportfolio; provide feedback to sales and policy teams.
Drive PDD/deferral closure within SLA; ensuremakerchecker controls and sample QC audits.
Coordinate with legal/technical/ops for smoothsanction to disbursement and riskmitigation.
Maintain audit readiness and close observations ontime; train team on policy changes.
Skills Required:
Robust analytical and financial evaluation skills.
Knowledge of retail credit and secure lendingproducts.
Leadership and team coaching ability.
Process orientation and compliance focus.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, orrelated field.
4-7 years in credit appraisal/underwriting with teamhandling experience.
