Position: Insurance AI Specialist Type: Contract Compensation: $80$100/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to policy language interpretation, risk classification, claims adjudication, and actuarial projections. Create realistic scenarios based on insurance workflows such as underwriting submissions, claims investigations, coverage disputes, rate filings, and regulatory examinations. Annotate, label, and validate data across insurance use cases including loss reserving, fraud detection, and policy coverage analysis.
Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as insurance regulations, actuarial standards, and industry-specific terminology. Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for insurance-domain AI .
Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years of professional experience at an insurance carrier, brokerage, reinsurer, or regulatory body.
Background in underwriting, claims management, actuarial science, insurance sales, compliance, or risk management. Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insurance workflows into structured evaluation tasks. Clear written communication and attention to detail.
Preferred
Professional designations such as CPCU , ARM , FCAS , FSA , AIC .
