Qualifications Required
- Student member of the Institute or Faculty of Actuaries and/or Indian Institute of Actuaries with 5-10 exams cleared.
- Actively studying for and making satisfactory progress with the Institute/Faculty exams as per the Mumbai Actuarial Study Support Policy.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word.
- Understanding and experience of reporting measures such as SII and Ecap.
- Experience in Capital reporting is an added advantage.
- Experience with VBA is beneficial.
- Awareness of the Financial Services industry and regulatory environment.
- Knowledge of significant regulatory processes within Prudential UK operations.
- Business influence skills like commercial appreciation and attitude are required.
- Understanding of the financial dynamics of the business and key factors influencing financial measures.
Experience:
- Approximately 3-6 years of relevant Actuarial experience.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline/Masters in Actuarial Science/Statistics/Economics/Mathematics/Engineering/MBA.

As an AVP/Senior Manager - Actuarial at M&G Global Services, you will be responsible for leading the ICM development team under the guidance of the Actuarial Manager or other senior members. Your key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out tasks to meet deliverables with high quality standards and within agreed timelines.
- Supporting various developments within the team to enhance the performance of capital models.
- Developing tools for producing inputs for models and analyzing the models.
- Collaborating with the team to execute independent testing across all possible scenarios.
- Seeking opportunities to deepen technical and business understanding of capital models.
- Monitoring business and external developments related to your area of responsibility and suggesting procedural changes.
- Ensuring compliance with Prudential's Code of Conduct and relevant regulatory policies.
- Confidently expressing viewpoints and communicating actuarial issues clearly within the team.
- Building positive networks and working relationships.
- Contributing to the team members' development through coaching and guidance.
- Working with the team manager to ensure efficient functioning of the actuarial function and capital production team.
