Role:-Associate Director
Lead PostgreSQL DBA teams across multiple projects/accounts.
Define database architecture, governance, standards, and best practices.
Manage high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and recovery solutions.
Drive database performance tuning and optimization initiatives.
Plan and execute PostgreSQL upgrades, migrations, and cloud adoption programs.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams.
Manage stakeholder communications and provide technical leadership.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and develop DBA teams. .
