Acquire new customers for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through DSA, connectors, and direct sourcing.
Generate leads, build relationships with channel partners, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Evaluate customer eligibility, collect documents, and coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for loan processing.
Ensure timely login, sanction, and disbursement of cases while maintaining portfolio quality.
Cross-sell financial products and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle .
