What we're looking for
Experience: 01 years. This is genuinely an entry-level position, and it's designed and priced as one. If you have three or more years of experience, this role won't give you the scope or seniority you're looking for and we'd encourage you to look at other openings instead.
Education: No specific degree required. Graduates and non-graduates are both welcome to apply.
Attitude the part that actually matters:
You're curious. When you don't know something, your instinct is to go find out rather than wait to be told.No task is beneath you. Some of this work is glamorous and some of it is chasing a vendor for the fourth time about a delivery. You're fine with both. You're comfortable with ambiguity. A lot of what lands on your desk won't be in any job description, including this one.You follow through. Things don't get dropped or forgotten once you've picked them up.Skills:
Enough comfort with technology to learn the IT and information security side of the job. You don't need to know it now you do need to be willing to learn it, ask questions, and work closely with technical colleagues to fill out forms and documentation correctly.Clear written and spoken communication, particularly with vendors and external partiesBasic proficiency with spreadsheets and documentsOrganised enough to keep several unrelated things moving at onceWhy this role is worth taking
You'll see how a company actually runs procurement, compliance, HR, IT, finance from the inside, in your first year of work. That's unusually broad exposure for an entry-level position, and it's a strong foundation whichever direction you specialise in later.
