Admin Cum Receptionist -Pune (Shivaji Nagar) -Female Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling reception.
• Branch Coordination south Region
• Vendor Management related to Admin South India Region
• Maintain visitor logbook, issue visitor passes, and manage reception area
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security for overall front-office management
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries; transfer calls to appropriate departments.
• Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming courier/post; manage outgoing courier.
• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
• Oversee office supplies, stationery, and asset inventory; handle procurement as required.
• Manage housekeeping, security, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure functioning of office equipment (printers, AC, access systems, etc.).
• Organize meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and hotel bookings.
• Process invoices, maintain administrative records, and support budgeting.
• Handle employee onboarding requirements (desk setup, access cards, IT coordination).
• Manage contracts and AMCs for office services.
• Coordinate with landlord/building management for facility issues.
• Support HR and Admin teams with event coordination when required.
• Assisting HR into Following up in HR related works.
