Marketing Coordinator I - PuneResponsibilities Walter P Moore seeks well prepared Marketing Coordinator I to support our Diagnostics Group Marketing Coordinator team by performing accurate and timely data gathering, data entry, clean-up, and maintenance tasks primarily within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, working closely with the Senior CRM Data Specialist(s). Learn and apply company data standards, focusing on completeness and consistency. This is a detail-oriented role ideal for someone looking to gain experience in data management, marketing and business operations in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
Key Job DutiesAccurate CRM data entryLearn data standards and CRM navigationAssist in updating existing CRM records including contact, company, opportunity and project information supporting marketing and business development teamsVerify and cross-check data from various internal sources for accuracy and completeness.Perform basic record searches and updatesHelp input historical data based on dened parametersDocument entry or clean-up procedures where appropriateFlag incomplete, inconsistent, or duplicate recordsTracks the progress of assigned projects and tasksAssist with other data projects & marketing tasksQualificationsBachelors degree in business, marketing, or related degree preferred, but completion of some college coursework and/or equivalent experience upto 3 years' is acceptableExperience working with CRM databases and data entryPrevious experience and familiarity with marketing and business development-related tasks a plusSuperior customer focus, with a drive for serviceHighly Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skillsDemonstrate the ability to operate with an inquisitive spirit by researching information and asking questions to qualify project work requirementsMotivated self-starter with excellent time management, organization, and communication skillsAbility to effectively collaborate and partner with a variety of individuals inside the organization a team player.Procient knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and (Excel Intermediate level preferred).OverviewWalter P Moore is an international company of engineers, architects, innovators, and creative people who solve some of the worlds most complex structural and infrastructure challenges.
