Ability to work independently and guide junior resourcesKey Skills: Oracle Fusion PPM - Project Billing / Project Costing, Fixed Assets, Integration with Finance Modules, BPM Workflow and OTBI ReportsRequired Skills:5 9 year of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, specifically PPM Costing, Billing and Project Resource Management / Project Management and Oracle Cloud Fixed AssetsShould have completed minimum two end-to-end implementations in Fusion PPM modules, upgradation, lift and shift and support projects experience and integration of Fixed AssetsExperience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion PPM Functional modules and Fixed Assets along with integration with all finance and SCM modulesShould be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligenceGood knowledge of BPM Approval WorkflowSolid understanding of Enterprise Structures, Hierarchies, FlexFields, Extensions setup in Fusion Project Foundations and Subledger AccountingExperience in working with Oracle Support for various issue resolutionsExposure perform Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with the business users to obtain UAT sign-offQuarterly Release Testing, preparation of release notes and presenting the new featuresWorked on Transition ManagementExperience in working with various financials data upload / migration techniques like FBDI / ADFDI and related issue resolutionsExperience in supporting period end closure activities independentlyExperience in reconciliation of financial data between GL and subledger modulesHigh level knowledge of end-to-end integration of Financial Modules with other modules like Projects, Procurement / Order Management and HCMFair knowledge of other Fusion modules like SCM or PPM functionality is a plusGenerate adhoc reports to measure and to communicate the health of the applicationsFocus on reducing recurrence issues caused by the Oracle Fusion applicationPrepare process flows, dataflow diagrams, requirement documents, user training and onboarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancementsDeliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLAs and KPIsShould have .
