Responsibilities

Skills
A diploma or degree in agriculture, business, finance, economics or reputed companyAt least one year of relevant experience, ideally in a financial institution or lending environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze credit riskExceptional customer service skills, especially in phonebased interactionsAbility to multitask, prioritize and stay reputed company in a fastmoving environmentProficiency with computer systems, financial tools and learning new technologiesThis position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be reputed company to communicate in both of Canada's official languagesExperience in agricultural lending or farm financial analysisFamiliarity with lending legislation, loan reputed company or mortgage processesKnowledge of FCC products, reputed company programs or credit adjudicationPrevious work in a call centre or highvolume customer environmentStrong comfort navigating difficult conversations (collections, declines)
