Agency Collection Executive

Visit customers on-field for loan recovery/collection Follow up with overdue customers and collect payments Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions Achieve daily/monthly collection targets Submit daily field reports to the reporting manager Handle customer queries professionally and maintain company reputation Follow RBI/company compliance guidelines during collection process
