Agency Development Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Agency Development Manager role based in Palakkad. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new agency partners, as well as nurturing existing relationships to drive consistent performance and growth. The role involves setting targets, monitoring agency performance metrics. The person in this role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align agency activities with overall business objectives, marketing initiatives, and compliance requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in agency development, channel management, business development, or sales leadership, preferably in consulting, financial services, or related sectors.Minimum 2 years sales experience is required.Ability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and use insights to drive decisions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and client stakeholders.Minimum graduation is required.Willingness to work on-site in Palakkad and travel locally as required to meet agencies and clients.
