Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the recruitment of new Agents.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to Agents, enhancing their ability to generate business.
• Coordinate with branches to ensure policy conversions, both fresh and renewals.
• Conduct timely training sessions in alignment with branch schedules.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for Agent recruitment and activation.
• Ensure completion of business targets.
• Effectively manage and support the Agents under your supervision.
• Candidates with BFSI training are encouraged to apply.
