Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for recruitment of Agents.
2. Engage them with training needs, and support them on field to generate business.
3. Follow-up with Branch of policy conversion: Fresh / Renewal.
4. Timely training to Agents in coordination with branch.
5. Achieve monthly targets on recruitment of Agents.
6. Activation of Agents.
7. Business target completion.
8. Manage the agents mapped to him/her.
9. BFSI trained students will also eligible for the role.
