Job Description:
We are hiringAgency Development Manager/ Senior Agency Development Manager  for the Agency Channel to drive business growth, manage sales teams, and build a strong advisor network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train and manage Insurance Advisors/Agents.

• Drive business and premium through the Agency Channel.

• Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.

• Manage team performance and improve productivity.

• Develop and expand the agency distribution network.

• Maintain strong customer and advisor relationships.

• Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2-8 years of experience in Life Insurance, Agency Sales.

• Experience in advisor recruitment, team handling and target achievement.

• Strong communication, leadership and sales skills.

Preferred Profiles: Life Insurance / Agency Channel

Role Level: Position will be offered as Agency Development Manager/ Senior Agency Development Manager  based on experience and current designation.
