Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.Sales & Business Development: Drive sales, develop strategies to meet targets, expand business, and analyze market trends.Training & Development: Ensure advisors are well-trained on products, processes, and company values.Compliance: Uphold internal policies and external regulations (like IRDAI in India).Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets (in some roles), and ensure efficient service delivery.Patient/Client Focus: Ensure agents provide good customer service and connect clients with appropriate health coverage.Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
