Role & responsibilities :
- Build Motor focused agency force
- Achieve budgeted sales target (Retail Motor products only)
- Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as IRDA agent or POSP
- Handholding of Advisors
- Ownership and servicing of Advisors
- Drive advisors activation and progression
- Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents.
- Ensure retention of agents by formulating their development plans.
- Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on regular basis
