Key Responsibilities
Recruit, develop, and manage a team of distributors/channel partners.
Drive monthly business through your distribution network.
Build strong relationships with partners to maximize productivity.
Monitor daily sales performance and achievement of business targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Train, mentor, and motivate distributors to achieve consistent growth.
Ensure monthly productivity and business objectives are successfully met.
Eligibility
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
Experience: Prior experience in sales, business development, insurance, banking, financial services, or managing distributors/channel partners is preferred. Experience in team handling will be an added advantage.
