Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the agency
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
Provide excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues
Conduct benefits administration and educate clients on insurance products
Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
Perform sales administration tasks to support the team
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales
Strong ability to negotiate effectively
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in analyzing market trends
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Experience in outside sales is desirable
