This is a remote position.Virtual Rockstar is looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Agent Onboarding Specialist to join our clients team. This role is perfect for someone who loves guiding others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an excellent onboarding experience.Youll be the first point of contact for new agents, walking them through setup, training, and compliance so they feel confident and supported from day one. Beyond onboarding, youll also help with training sessions, answering agent questions, and collaborating with the Agent Experience team to make sure every agent feels set up for success.About the CompanyOur client is a well-established technology and marketing firm in the financial services industry.
