Overview
As an Agentic AI Leader, your role will be to drive enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives focusing on Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and intelligent automation with a strong emphasis on Financial Services (FS) Banking operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining the Agentic AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with enterprise digital transformation, regulatory priorities, and growth objectives.
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of agentic AI initiatives, from discovery and feasibility through architecture, build, production deployment, and value realization.
- Identifying high-impact automation opportunities for intelligent agents to orchestrate complex workflows such as compliance checks, personalized customer service, fraud monitoring, and dispute resolution.
- Leading cross-functional squads to deliver robust and scalable solutions on time and within budget.
- Adhering to organizational best practices for agent design by embedding advanced planning and reasoning capabilities, secure and compliant tool integration, robust memory and state management, and optimized retrieval strategies.
- Collaborating with Product, Technology, and Platform teams to secure infrastructure, tooling, and data required to scale agent-based solutions.
- Promoting a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and engineering excellence across delivery teams.
- Building business cases, ROI-driven proposals, and influencing stakeholders through executive storytelling.
- Demonstrating strong business acumen and the ability to lead geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary teams.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Primary Skills:
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformative AI programs within Financial Services/Banking.
- Proficiency in strategic assessments, solution architecture, and ROI modeling.
- Expertise in agentic AI, LLM orchestration frameworks, planning & reasoning architectures, memory/state management, and secure tool-use by agents.
- Deep understanding of core banking processes and risk & compliance disciplines.
- Strong expertise in modern AI/ML technology stacks, cloud platforms, data governance principles, and API integration.
- Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams with exceptional communication skills.
Secondary Skills:
- 18+ years of experience in technology leadership within Financial Services/Banking.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering solutions using agentic orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of multimodal agents and cloud/AI services such as Azure AI Foundry and Cognitive Services.
- Proficiency in MLOps/AIOps patterns and CI/CD for ML.
