Agile Product Owner/Product Specialist

You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in 'Alternatives Product Development & Fund Controller Platform Enablement'. As 'Alternatives Product Development & Fund Controller Platform Enablement Professional ' within our 'Global Alternative Investment Product Development' team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. Partner with fund controllers, product, investor relations, front office, technology, and operations to drive the GAIS Fund Controller and Tax platform roadmap. Track OKRs/KPIs to measure cross-LOB commercial impact and maintain accountability across workstreams. Report forecast variances, escalate risks, and propose mitigations to support timely execution. Participate in agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, quarterly planning, sprint planning, showcases) and contribute across prioritization, execution, and communications. Prepare stakeholder communications and adoption materials in partnership with learning and training teams. Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, requirements, and development processes while ensuring firmwide governance standards are met. Bring 8 years of experience in asset/wealth management, alternatives, product management, or related fields. Visualize and work with data using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. .
