About the Role Our client, a rapidly expanding fintech company, is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join their innovative team in **Delhi, Delhi, IN**. This role is critical for driving the development and delivery of groundbreaking financial technology solutions. You will be responsible for managing multiple agile projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to launch. Key Responsibilities Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders. Manage project backlogs, ensuring user stories are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized. Track project progress, identify impediments, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery of features and products. Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, burn-down charts, and status reports. Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status and risks. Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile processes and practices within the organization. Ensure the delivery of high-quality software aligned with business objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Proven experience in the fintech industry or with financial services projects. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile certification is required. Excellent understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
