About The Job
As an Agile Team Coach for one of our IoT delivery teams, part of the global Automation Development team, you will ensure Agile methodologies are effectively applied, guiding teams in Agile values, principles, and best practices.
The Scrum Team
Therefore, as an Agile Team coach you will serve:
- Coach on self-management, cross-functionality, and value-driven delivery
- Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring productivity and efficiency
- Remove impediments and promote full transparency in processes and challenges
- Define and track key metrics for continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of value delivery, feedback, and team celebration
The Product Owner
- Mentor Product Owners to enhance their Agile mindset and leadership
- Guide in Product Goal definition, backlog management, and empirical planning
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and promote clear backlog prioritization
The organization, together with the rest of the agile (team) coaches in Automation Development:
- Leading, training, and coaching the closest organization to your team(s), in its Scrum adoption and other agile methodologies
- Supporting agile ways of working implementations within the organization
- Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work;
- Removing barriers between stakeholders and your Team(s)
- Support, promote, coach, mentor and teach people in your closest organization, .
