Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile and Scrum practices to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Oversee the planning and execution of sprints to meet project goals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor and report on project metrics to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and principles.
- Drive the adoption of Agile tools and techniques to enhance productivity.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Promote a customer-centric approach to project delivery.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrate excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
- Have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Show experience in the Industrial Manufacturing or Automotive Industry (nice to have).
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a Scrum Master certification (mandatory).
- Be proficient in Agile tools and techniques.
- Have a customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Show a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Possess robust organizational and time management skills.
- Exhibit the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Certifications Required
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) .
