Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented AGM/DGM to lead and expand our Gold Loan business across Kerala and Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. The ideal candidate should possess solid business acumen, extensive experience in the Gold Loan industry, and proven expertise in driving business growth, managing large teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
The role demands a strategic leader who can deliver sustainable business performance while maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance, and branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth and achieve regional sales and portfolio targets.
Develop and execute business expansion strategies across the assigned region.
Lead, mentor, and develop field teams.
Monitor productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, audit requirements, and risk management practices.
Build solid customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Identify current business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
Analyze MIS reports and business performance to implement corrective actions.
