About Hommlie Pest Control
Hommlie Pest Control is looking for an Agriculture Graduate to join our Bengaluru team in a Training & Quality Assurance role. This position is ideal for a fresher who is interested in applying their agriculture knowledge to the professional pest management and service industry.
Key Responsibilities
Train and guide pest control technicians on pest identification, treatment methods, safety practices and standard operating procedures.Conduct regular field audits to check service quality, technician performance and compliance with company processes.Review and investigate customer complaints related to pest control services and coordinate with the operations team for timely resolution.Conduct service quality inspections and identify gaps in treatment, communication or process adherence.Provide feedback and corrective training to technicians based on audit findings and customer feedback.Maintain training records, audit reports, complaint records and quality-related documentation.Track recurring complaints and identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.Support the development and implementation of pest control SOPs, training materials and quality standards.Visit customer locations when required for audits, complaint investigations and service-quality checks.Work closely with Operations and Customer Support teams to continuously improve service delivery.What We Are Looking For
B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Sc. Horticulture or a related Agriculture degree.Freshers are welcome to apply.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong observation, documentation and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for field audits and inspections.Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.Interest in pest management, agriculture, field operations and quality assurance.Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with field teams.What You Will Gain
