You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic accounting and audit tasks, verify technical accuracy, and ensure outputs align with professional standards and real-world practices. Your expertise will help AI produce reliable, practical, and well-reasoned solutions across financial reporting, controls, compliance, and assurance scenarios. Requirements 815 years of experience in accounting or audit, at ManagerDirector level in public accounting or as an industry Controller. Regionally relevant accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA; CIA or CISA certification is an advantage. Expert knowledge of US GAAP, complex accounting issues, financial statements, disclosures, and reporting requirements. Strong experience designing, evaluating, and improving internal controls, including financial reporting and compliance controls. Proven audit judgment in assessing risks, reviewing evidence, identifying material issues, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in the functional area. Review and calibrate team members' output and own day-to-day quality. Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME (Expert) Lead. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field. Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required. Actuaries Role Overview We are seeking experienced Actuaries to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic actuarial tasks involving risk assessment, pricing, reserving, forecasting, and financial modeling. You will verify technical accuracy, assumptions, and practical relevance, helping AI produce reliable, well-reasoned outputs aligned with professional actuarial standards and real-world insurance and financial applications. Requirements 38 years of professional actuarial experience in insurance, consulting, pensions, healthcare, or financial services. Progress toward a recognized actuarial qualification, with multiple exams passed through SOA, CAS, IFoA, or an equivalent regional body. Strong experience in actuarial reserving, including assumption setting, loss development, and reserve analysis. Practical knowledge of pricing, forecasting, profitability analysis, and risk-modeling techniques. Ability to create technically accurate, realistic actuarial tasks with clear assumptions, calculations, methodologies, and conclusions. Responsibilities Produce expert tasks and solutions in the functional area to the pod's quality bar. Work under senior review; incorporate calibration feedback and iterate. Apply the rubric standards set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
