Key Responsibilities Automate repetitive company tasks using Excel, Power Query, VBA/Macros, AI tools and no-code platformsMaintain and improve company databases, Excel sheets and reporting systemsDevelop basic internal automation solutions for:Purchase trackingVendor managementCustomer/lead managementProject trackingQuotation and report generationUse AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. to improve company workflowsCreate simple automation workflows using Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Make or similar platformsAssist in building dashboards and management reportsManage and update company data accuratelyHandle LinkedIn, Google Business and website contentCreate posts, machine/product descriptions, case studies and basic marketing materialSupport SEO and digital lead generationResearch potential customers and industries for our automation solutionsTrack digital marketing performance and enquiriesPreferred Skills Good knowledge of Microsoft ExcelPower Query, Pivot Tables and formulasBasic VBA/MacrosGoogle SheetsAI tools and prompt engineeringBasic Python knowledge is an advantageBasic SQL/database understanding is preferredPower Automate / n8n / Zapier / MakeCanvaLinkedIn MarketingBasic WordPressBasic SEO & Google AnalyticsGood written English and communication skillsPreferred Qualification BCA / MCA / B.Tech CSE / B.Sc IT / Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
