About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation & Agentic AI Engineer with 34 years of experience building and implementing AI agents, agentic workflows, business process automation, and AI-powered applications.
The ideal candidate may not be a traditional software developer but should have strong practical knowledge of APIs, AI platforms, workflow automation, LLMs, and system integrations.
We are looking for someone who has built and deployed real-world solutions, not just experimented with AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows for real business use cases. Build workflow automation using n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Zapier/Make, and similar tools. Develop AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft AI services, and Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. Integrate LLMs, APIs, databases, SaaS applications, CRM/ERP systems, and internal applications. Build RAG-based applications, AI assistants, document-processing workflows, and intelligent automation. Work with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks. Build and integrate APIs using FastAPI, REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON. Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool integrations. Evaluate new AI models and automation platforms and implement practical business solutions. 34 years of hands-on experience in AI automation / Agentic AI / workflow automation. Has actually built and implemented production or business-use AI solutions. Strong understanding of APIs and system integration. Able to convert a manual business process into an automated AI workflow. Comfortable working with both Microsoft/Azure and open-source AI tools. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Curious and proactive about rapidly evolving AI technologies. Compensation: 30,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
