Role Description The AI Automation Expert & Trainer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven automation solutions for internal processes and educational products. Day-to-day tasks include developing automation workflows, integrating AI tools into learning platforms, testing and refining solutions, and documenting best practices.
The role also involves creating training materials, delivering in-person training sessions, mentoring learners, and supporting them in applying AI automation tools to real-world scenarios. This is a part-time, mixed-site role based in Noida, requiring close collaboration with the product, curriculum, and operations teams to ensure effective adoption of AI and automation technologies.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., workflow automation tools, n8n, make, AI assistants, chatbots) and practical experience deploying automation in education or business environments.
Proficiency in basic programming or scripting languages (such as Python or JavaScript) and familiarity with APIs and integrations to connect different systems and tools.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs, including curriculum development, instructional design, and classroom or workshop facilitation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business or learning needs into effective AI automation solutions.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical learners in a structured, accessible way.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects or training batches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Education Technology) or equivalent practical experience in AI and automation.
Prior experience in edtech, corporate training, or professional skill development programs is an advantage, along with a demonstrated interest in emerging AI technologies and continuous learning. .
