Job Title: AI Compliance AnalystJob Location: Hyderabad Experience: Up to 5 Years Relevant Experience: 12 Years in AI Compliance, AI Governance, Data Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), AI Risk Management, Privacy, or related technologies Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented AI Compliance Analyst to design, implement, and support compliance processes that ensure AI solutions meet organizational policies, industry standards, privacy regulations, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, data science, engineering, security, legal, and compliance teams to establish governance controls, perform compliance assessments, manage documentation, and deliver secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support AI compliance frameworks, governance policies, and organizational standards across AI initiatives.Perform compliance mapping of AI solutions against organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Conduct control testing and compliance assessments to validate adherence to AI governance, security, privacy, and data protection requirements.Develop and maintain AI compliance documentation, policies, standards, control evidence, and audit artifacts.Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, business stakeholders, legal, security, and compliance teams throughout the AI lifecycle.Support AI risk assessments by identifying compliance gaps, regulatory risks, privacy concerns, and operational issues.Ensure AI models and data pipelines comply with organizational governance, privacy regulations, and security standards.Assist in data governance activities including data classification, retention, access controls, lineage, and quality management.Prepare compliance reports, risk assessments, and governance dashboards for management and audit teams.Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and remediation activities.Support continuous improvement of AI governance, compliance controls, documentation, and operational processes.Required SkillsStrong understanding of AI governance, AI compliance, data governance, and risk management principles.Experience performing compliance mapping, control testing, and regulatory assessments.Knowledge of privacy regulations, security controls, and organizational compliance frameworks.Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, model governance, and AI risk management.Experience creating compliance documentation, governance reports, policies, procedures, and audit evidence.Familiarity with data governance concepts including data quality, metadata, lineage, and access management.Basic understanding of Python, SQL, or data analysis tools is preferred.Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business, engineering, security, legal, and compliance teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives.Knowledge of AI regulations, privacy frameworks, and compliance standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.Familiarity with AI platforms such as Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, Google Vertex AI, AWS AI/Bedrock, or similar cloud AI services.Experience supporting AI audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting.Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and AI security best practices.Exposure to data privacy, access governance, identity management, and security compliance controls.Excellent stakeholder management, technical documentation, and reporting skills.Candidate DetailsTotal Experience: Relevant Experience: Current Company: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period: Current Location: Reason for Change: Please send your updated profile to [HIDDEN TEXT] .
