ComfyUIn8nGenerative AI workflowsAPIsWebhooksJSONCreative image/video pipelinesVisual editingBasic automation logicPython knowledge is strongly valued.
What We Notice
We notice people who:
Build strange experiments because they are curious.Have broken workflows and rebuilt them to understand why.Understand nodes and dependencies rather than just downloading workflows.Know the difference between a technically successful result and an aesthetically good one.Follow developments because they genuinely enjoy the field. Can explain why one workflow is more reliable than another.Think in systems rather than isolated prompts.
AI & Your Craft
This is an AI-focused role.
But even here, tool dependency is not expertise.
If you only know how to enter prompts into popular interfaces, this role will probably be too technical.
We want someone who understands workflows, logic, failure, iteration and creative control.
You Might Not Enjoy This Role If
Your AI experience is mostly prompting. You copy workflows without understanding the nodes. You lose interest when something stops working. You wait for tutorials instead of investigating. You cannot judge whether the final visual output is actually good.
