About the Team
The team is part of the Innovation, Digital Transformation, and AI Enablement organization responsible for delivering enterprise AI solutions across the organization.
Focus on building and deploying AI-powered assistants, copilots, virtual agents, and intelligent automation solutions that improve productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
What you will be doing
Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise AI assistants, Copilots, virtual agents, and conversational AI solutions.
Build intelligent workflows and automation solutions using: Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Azure AI Services, Related AI technologies
Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, semantic search capabilities, prompt engineering strategies, and response optimization techniques.
Integrate AI solutions with: Enterprise applications, APIs, Knowledge repositories, Business systems, Enterprise data sources
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to: Gather requirements, Define use cases ,Design solutions, Support successful delivery
Participate in the full solution lifecycle including: Design, Development, Testing, UAT support, Deployment
Production supportTroubleshoot and resolve AI solution issues across multiple environments.
Create and maintain:
Technical design documentation
Configuration guides
Operational runbooks
Knowledge transfer materials
For senior roles:
Lead AI solution design initiatives
Mentor junior developers
Define AI development best practices
What you bring :
Strong experience in: Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Large Language Models (LLMs)
Hands-on experience with: Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI Development, Virtual Agent Development, Generative AI Solution Design
Conversational AI Development
Generative AI Solution Design
Experience implementing: Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Semantic Search, Knowledge Retrieval Solutions
Familiarity with: .NET / C#, Python ,JavaScript/TypeScript, API Development and Consumption
Cloud & AI Platforms
Strong experience with:
Microsoft Azure
Azure AI Services
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
