Role Overview
You have the opportunity to join a dynamic, agile, and collaborative engineering team at Deutsche Bank as an AI DevOps Engineer, AVP. Your main responsibilities will include designing and deploying AI driven solutions, managing cloud services, building CI/CD pipelines, developing automation workflows, and ensuring the reliability and stability of AI services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage secure and scalable GCP landing zones using Terraform on Google Cloud Platform
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions for reliable development, testing, and deployment workflows
- Plan and execute production deployments of AI models across different cloud environments
- Monitor system performance, maintain high reliability of AI services, and drive incident management activities
- Integrate MCP servers, develop Python tools, ETL pipelines, and microservices for platform-wide operations
- Ensure strict adherence to internal technology standards, security policies, and regulatory guidelines for deployed AI services
Qualification Required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in DevOps, AI, data analytics, or AI related engineering projects
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Hands-on experience with Python, Google ADK, GCP, DevOps toolchains, MCP, Machine Learning, GitHub, Terraform, and microservice design
- Proficiency in designing secure and scalable cloud environments, building CI/CD pipelines, and managing Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
- Practical experience in developing agentic workflows, FastAPI based microservices, MCP servers, REST API integrations, and retrieval with structured knowledge sources
