Job Description: AI Generalist Experience: 2-3 Years Location: Goregaon (W) (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We're looking for a proactive AI Generalist who can leverage AI tools and automation to improve internal operations, marketing workflows, lead generation, and client delivery. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with leading AI platforms and have experience building automations that enhance productivity and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, and other emerging platforms to streamline business and marketing processes. - Build and optimize AI-powered workflows and automations using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, and CRM platforms. - Set up and manage CRM automations, lead capture workflows, lead scoring, and sales funnels. - Create AI-driven systems for lead generation, prospect research, outreach, data enrichment, and support funnel implementation and optimisation. - Develop AI prompts, SOPs, and workflows for marketing, sales, and operations teams. - Assist the digital - marketing team with AI-assisted content creation, campaign optimization, ad copy, SEO research, and reporting. - Integrate AI tools with existing business systems to improve efficiency. - Research and implement the latest AI tools and technologies that can provide a competitive advantage. - Train internal teams on AI best practices and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks. - Monitor workflow performance and continuously optimize automations. Required Skills - 2-3 years of experience in AI automation, marketing technology, or digital operations. - Strong hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other leading AI tools. - Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n. - Knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar. - Experience in lead generation, prospecting, CRM automation, and sales funnel setup. - Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Slack, and similar productivity tools. - Basic understanding of APIs and AI integrations is a plus. - Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and analytics. - Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to learn new AI tools quickly. Preferred Skills - Experience with AI agents and workflow orchestration. - Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript for automation. - Experience with AI image and video generation tools. - Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms. - Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
