AI ML Developer II

As an AI ML Developer Engineer at JP Morgan Chase within the Corporate Technology's AI Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models with agentic capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions that drive innovation and business value.

- Design and develop AI models with agentic capabilities, focusing on autonomy and decision-making. - Collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. - Implement machine learning algorithms and frameworks to enhance agentic behavior. - Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Test and validate AI systems to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements. - Document AI development processes and provide technical support. Qualification Required: - Formal training or certification in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, with at least 2+ years of applied experience. - Experience in AI development, specifically with a focus on agentic systems. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java. - Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Knowledge of reinforcement learning and autonomous systems. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additional Details: The company is looking for individuals who are also familiar with modern agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, ADK, or CrewAI. Exposure to cloud-based AI models such as AWS Bedrock, Azure Open AI, or Claude is preferred. Understanding of natural language processing, computer vision, and awareness of ethical considerations in AI development would be advantageous.
