Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of technologyLeverage enterprise-approved AI tools and developer assistants to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and drive continuous improvementEvaluate emerging trends, modern frameworks, and advanced tools to inform software solution design and strategic innovationCollaborate as an active team player with cross-functional engineering, product, and business partners to build scalable and high-performance applicationsAdapt proactively to rapid changes in the technology landscape, integrating modern developer tools and agentic capabilities into engineering practicesLead and participate in architecture design reviews, system planning, and security evaluationsMentor and provide technical guidance to associate and junior software engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environmentTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex software systems across multiple environmentsDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AIAnalyzes and investigatesProvides explanations and interpretations within area of expertiseComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience3+ years of experience with modern programming languages (preferably Java, Python, Angular)2+ years of experience with cloud platform technologies (such as AWS, Azure)2+ years of experience working in an Agile development team environment2+ years of experience with relational or non-relational databasesExperience designing or integrating AI-powered capabilities, developer assistants (such as Codex), or agentic models (such as Claude)
