Role Overview DataAlchemy.ai is seeking a technical team lead to guide the development and deployment of advanced agentic AI solutions for both our client-facing projects and internal product platforms. The role blends technical leadership, hands-on engineering, client interaction, and platform architecture. You will own delivery for external consulting projects and help define the evolution of DataAlchemy.ais core agent frameworks. Key Responsibilities Lead design and implementation of advanced agentic AI architectures for enterprise clients and DataAlchemy.ais core platforms, including planning, memory, retrieval, and autonomous execution modules. Architect robust end-to-end AI pipelines: data collection, pre-processing, model development, fine-tuning, and deployment for client solutions and internal products. Collaborate with enterprise clients to elicit requirements, define solution strategies, and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles. Manage and mentor a distributed engineering team (ML, data science, MLOps) across time zones to ensure high-quality delivery and innovation. Own technical quality, performance, and scalability for both custom client implementations and DataAlchemy.ais proprietary agentic platforms. Stay current with the latest advances in LLMs, agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and adaptive reasoning systems; proactively integrate promising techniques. Contribute to pre-sales, solution demos, proof-of-concept implementations, and technical documentation for stakeholders and users. Drive code quality and automationown CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, code reviews, technical documentation, and reproducibility. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in applied, consulting, or product environments. Track record of delivering LLM-based systems, multi-agent architectures, and agentic AI applications (Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar frameworks). Experience managing distributed engineering teams, including onboarding, mentoring, and agile execution. Strong communication skills for client engagement, technical presentations, and cross-team collaboration. Familiarity with retail, logistics, or enterprise analytics a plus; keen interest in building scalable automation platforms.
