One of our client is hiring for Tech Lead (AI/ML)
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with company goals and product strategy.Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team (backend, frontend, MLOps, DevOps, QA).Collaborate closely with product, data science, and design teams to deliver AI-powered products at scale.Ensure best practices in architecture, code quality, security, and performance.Own the full lifecycle of engineering initiatives from concept to deployment and iteration.Make key build vs. buy decisions and guide technology stack evolution.Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.Establish KPIs and metrics to measure engineering effectiveness and product reliability.
Requirements
10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.Proven experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.Deep technical expertise in AI/ML systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and modern software development practices.Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or similar; familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.Strong knowledge of system architecture, distributed systems, and data infrastructure.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in AI research or data science.Experience working with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision applications.Previous experience in a B2B SaaS or AI product company.Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. .
