01Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API)Build and support full-stack solutions using C#, REST APIs, SQL Server, and modern front-end technologiesDevelop and integrate AI-powered capabilities such as Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent search, document processing, and chatbot solutions into healthcare applicationsCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and healthcare SMEs to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do soRequired Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience3+ years of hands-on experience in software development using C# and .NET technologiesExperience in developing responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience integrating AI services such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Azure AI Services, or equivalent platformsSolid experience with ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL ServerWorking knowledge of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and RAG architecturesUnderstanding of healthcare workflows, healthcare data management, and healthcare application development
