We are seeking a strategic AI Product Manager to bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating business challenges into scalable AI-driven products that deliver measurable value. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering and data science teams to define product roadmaps and ensure our AI initiatives align with broader organizational objectives. Key Deliverables Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered financial solutions. Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for engineering teams. Collaborate with data scientists to oversee model development, ensuring alignment with financial accuracy and performance standards. Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user needs. Facilitate seamless communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project transparency. Monitor product performance metrics post-launch to drive continuous improvement and iterative development. Essential Requirements Proven experience in product management within the AI or machine learning domain. Strong understanding of financial services processes and the application of AI to solve financial business problems. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment in Rangareddi, Telangana. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments or global consulting firms. Familiarity with AI/ML development lifecycles and MLOps best practices. Prior exposure to financial regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in AI.
