About The Role In this role, you will have the potential to define and shape the AI strategy for Indias first real estate ecosystem of developers, brokers, societies, and most importantly, people like you the end customer! If you are excited about the prospect of being the go-to person for computer vision on a data science team, and willing to take end-to-end ownership of all machine learning problems involving computer vision, this is already a good fit! We aim to have machine learning powering most if not all of the experiences on the platform. You will get to join an innovative team that develops models which will influence both our products and clients. Youll be expected to execute in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and limited resources. Responsibilities - Work as part of data science team in defining, prototyping and implementing data science models/algorithms as part of the product. - Take ownership of the data science model end-to-end -from data collection to model building to monitoring the model in production. - Along with product managers, own the business outcomes/metrics which the data science model/algorithm drives. - Stay abreast of the latest advances in computer vision research with a goal of incorporating state of the art advancements wherever beneficial. - Help to make data science and data-driven decision making a part of the organisations DNA. - Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers. Requirements - Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field from one of the premier institutes in India/Abroad. IIT/IIIT/ISI/RECs would be preferred. - 5+ years of qualified experience in data science, with experience in using neural networks for computer vision. - Solid understanding of the mathematics related to data science statistics, probability, linear algebra, etc. - Ability to understand business concerns and formulate them as technical problems that can be solved using data and maths/stats/ML. - Conceptual understanding of the fundamentals of deep learning and neural networks. - Experience with programming in Python. - Experience with programming in Pytorch/Tensorflow. - Experience working with large datasets coming from multiple different data sources is a plus. - Experience deploying models on the cloud is a plus. - Inclusive and Equal Workplace First Livingspaces Pvt.
