Role Description The AI Security & Identity Engineer (IAM + AI Solutions) role is a contract, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The engineer will design, implement, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions for AI-driven applications and platforms, ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and account lifecycle processes. Daily responsibilities include assessing security requirements, performing risk analysis, configuring security controls, and integrating IAM systems with application and network environments. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices into AI solutions, monitoring for vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and continuously improving security architectures and policies. The engineer will document security designs, create runbooks, and contribute to compliance and audit activities related to AI and identity management.

812 years of experience in IAM and Enterprise Security. Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts (SSO, MFA, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, RBAC). Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Copilots, or Agentic AI platforms. Hands-on experience with workflow automation using REST APIs, scripting (Python/PowerShell), and enterprise connectors. Experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, or similar. Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and integrations. Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks. Experience developing or implementing AI-powered enterprise products. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills
