You will be the first point of contact for our customers at the boarding gate and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome passengers at the boarding gate with a friendly and professional demeanorCheck boarding passes and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurateAssist passengers with any queries or concerns they may have before boardingCoordinate with the boarding crew to ensure a timely and organized boarding processHandle any last-minute changes or issues with passengers' tickets or baggageProvide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needsEnsure the boarding gate area is clean and organized at all timesCommunicate any important updates or announcements to passengersCollaborate with other ground staff members to ensure a seamless travel experience for all passengersMaintain a high level of safety and security at the boarding gate areaAdhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
