Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership oversight to Financial Reporting operations in India
- Ensure consistency across policy, standards, process, and procedure
- Partner with stakeholders for effective delivery
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices
- Evolve operating model for scalability and client centricity
- Partner effectively with IT and Client side of the organization
- Support new business integration and ensure best service to clients
- Set individual and team targets, maintain high standards of client service
- Anticipate, monitor, manage, and report risk and compliance issues
Qualifications Required
- Over 15 years of experience in financial services operations with expertise in Financial Reporting
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing client service delivery
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Proven track record of achieving financial goals
- Ability to manage, coach, and influence colleagues and team members
