Officer - Reconciliation
Who we are looking for- At least 12+ years of relevant work experience in financial services, banking, insurance o Work experience in Hedge fund Reconciliation and with sound knowledge of end to end fund accounting for long only and alternatives. Analyzing business requirements and translating business requirements into actionable specifications. Solid project management skills and ability to track against agreed timelines. Ability to analyze and initiate new concepts and functionality in a changing environment and ability to obtain pertinent information by research and interaction with clients/users. Demonstrated skill in the implementation phase of large and complex projects. High comfort with creating and presenting information through PowerPoint and flowcharting
What you will be responsible for- Lead the day to day deliverables on Operations including meeting timelines, thresholds, SLAs, governance requirements etc.- Liaise with Operations Leads and Stakeholders across different teams on regular basis and meet structured deliverables deadlines.- Mentor Change Management including automation initiatives including transformation and robotics, and drive productivity milestones- Monitor operations health in terms of KPI, Risk Indicators and Process Metrics- Drive and/or support global and/or regional initiatives through adequate project management- Develop solutions to complex problems by employing timely, rigorous and logical analysis- Design and develop complex foundational frameworks for enterprise wide reporting systems-
