01Key Responsibilities
Acquire recent customers through CASA sales and business development activities.
Generate leads through field sales, references, market visits, and customer sourcing.
Open and onboard recent Savings Accounts and Current Accounts.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Identify customer requirements and cross-sell relevant banking and financial products.
Achieve assigned CASA acquisition, activation, and revenue targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Ensure proper collection and verification of KYC and account-opening documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and customer servicing.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements. .
