About the roleThe KYC Analyst will conduct customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence to ensure compliance with antimoneylaundering regulations. Working on UK shift hours, the role supports onboarding, monitoring and risk assessment of customers for Infosys BPM in Chennai.Key responsibilitiesPerform KYC checks for new and existing customers, verifying identity documents and ownership structures.Assess risk levels, categorize customers and flag suspicious activities.Gather, review and maintain accurate customer information in line with regulatory standards.Stay updated on AML, KYC and related regulatory changes (FATF, OFAC, GDPR).Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and escalate issues to compliance teams.Collaborate with compliance, legal and risk teams and provide guidance to junior staff.Required profileGraduation (15 years of fulltime education) mandatory.24 years of experience in KYC, AML or compliance roles.Immediate to 30day notice period.Required skillsStrong analytical and problemsolving abilities.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency with KYC tools and databases. .
